Personalized coaching for adults with ADHD designed to strengthen executive function, increase focus, gain clarity, and build momentum.
Empowering Minds, Unlocking Potential, Transforming Lives
As a Productivity Coach, I collaborate with you to achieve personal and professional growth that truly matters. By asking thought-provoking questions, fostering accountability, and providing encouragement, I help you define goals, align actions with values, and navigate challenges. Together, we’ll unlock potential, enhance self-awareness, and inspire lasting change.
My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology. I focus on identifying and leveraging your unique strengths to boost confidence, motivation, and resilience. I specialize in working with adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD, or suspect they might have it, as well as those navigating executive functioning challenges like time management, planning, organization, and goal achievement.
Through tailored strategies, we’ll improve focus, reduce stress, and empower you to thrive in all areas of life.

Organization is a state of mind.
My passion for helping others streamline their lives led me to become a Productivity Coach. With 16 years of experience as a Professional Organizer, I’ve seen firsthand how ADHD and executive functioning challenges impact daily life—affecting focus, time management, follow-through, and overall growth.
Today, I combine that practical experience with a strengths-based coaching approach to help adults with ADHD build systems, habits, and routines that make life more manageable and productive. Together, we break down overwhelm, clarify priorities, and turn intentions into actionable steps.
I also bring something unique to my coaching: I’m married to someone with ADHD. I understand the experience from the partner’s perspective—the confusion, the love, the frustration, and the breakthroughs that happen when communication finally clicks. That insight shapes how I support both individuals and couples navigating ADHD in their relationships.
My goal is simple: to help you strengthen executive function, create strategies that work with your brain, and build a life with more clarity, balance, and growth.
